Your Certified Scoper Visits the Home
A licensed Project Scopers field agent visits your property, typically within 48 hours of booking. Our agents hold active CSLB credentials and verified expertise in their trade. They measure, photograph, document access conditions, identify permit requirements, and check your rebate eligibility.
Your Scope Report is Published
Within 24 hours of the visit, a certified Scope Report is uploaded to the platform. This professional document includes photographs, measurements, equipment specifications, access notes, permit requirements, and rebate eligibility findings. You receive a copy. Contractors see it before they bid.
Vetted Contractors Submit Bids
Subscribed contractors in your area review your Scope Report and submit bids. Every bid is scored across four dimensions: price, earliest available install date, equipment tier, and warranty terms. You see the full picture, not just a number scribbled on a notepad.
